The Apartments at The Briarcliff consist of 6 buildings (263 units), attached and detached garages, 1 clubhouse with pool, spa and private movie theater. Construction on this $21,575,000.00 project officially began in January 2010 with completion scheduled through the summer of 2011. The four story luxury apartment buildings will include 9’ ceilings, smooth walls, multiple interior color schemes, plank flooring, granite counter tops, internal building elevators and maintenance free stucco and stone exteriors.
