After many years of diversified site construction experience with the company, Roger joined full time company management in 1975. Since his father's retirement in 1989, he has presided over the day to day operation and business development of Neighbors Construction Company.
Roger's emphasis on Technology has led to the company's evolution from adding machines and notepads to a state of the art facility featuring the latest designing, estimating and business operations technologies and systems.
During his tenure as president, the company has grown to become one of the area's premier General Contractors and Developers.
Nancy L. Neighbors, Vice President/Secretary/Treasurer
Nancy Neighbors oversees all aspects of construction billing, including accounts receivable and accounts payable. She joined Neighbors Construction Company in 1982 as customer service representative later combining those functions with final field inspections with owner/architects prior to becoming the office manager. Her knowledge in project culmination and experience in accounting gives Nancy a detailed perspective of the big picture for the company and the industry.
"When you look at annual numbers, it's clear that the construction market goes through a lot of ups and downs," Nancy says. "Our clients know that Neighbors will be here, regardless of the changing market. Our staying power is proven. We've been a general contractor since 1968."
In addition to her work at Neighbors, Nancy has 15 years of accounting experience. Her education is in business and interior design from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
Steve Buche, Vice President
Steve Buche is Vice President of Neighbors Construction Co., Inc. Mr. Buche brings a valuable perspective to Neighbors Construction Co., Inc. thanks to his firsthand experience in everything from carpentry to computers. Steve started 25 years ago as a carpenter, moved into project supervision and then became an estimator/project manager. In the process, he also became an expert on Timberline estimating software.
"Our ability to work with the Timberline software allows seamless integration between our estimating, project management and accounting departments giving our clients a real advantage." Steve says.
Steve who started at Neighbors in 1990 has managed over 30 projects with a construction value of over $110 million. His experience in project management and the day to day operations at Neighbors Construction Co., Inc. allows him to assist Roger Neighbors in overseeing the project management staff. He has a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Design from the University Of Kansas School Of Architecture.
Ryan Neighbors, Community Relations Director
Ryan Neighbors as a Community Relations Director, utilizes his incredible people skills, along with organizational and computer skills to manage his projects to success. He adds diversified field and commercial experience to the management team. He is a third generation "Neighbors" following in the footsteps of integrity, and principles set forth from the generations before.

As a Junior at Colorado State University, Ryan was voted "Construction Management Student of the Year" by Builder Magazine. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. His eight years of field experience and five years project management contributes to his style of relationship building.
Aaron Neighbors, Vice President - Project Manager
Aaron Neighbors began his field experience at 14 by working part-time in the lumber business for Century Homes Co., Inc. as a yardman and driver assistant. He moved into the mill shop fabricating wall panels and prehung door units. Learning the construction industry from the rough lumber package and beyond has given him the fundamentals of wood frame construction. He worked as a wood frame construction carpenter for Armstead Construction and was a commercial concrete construction leadman for Rhodes Construction during his college years. This hands on experience and having worked for other contractors has enhanced Aaron's organized management style, to continue the success of this third generation family business .

Aaron received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. His field experience of 10 years contributes to his hands on style of supervision and project management.
